We all carry an “inner critic”—that voice of self-doubt and judgment that can hold us back. In this one-hour online workshop, you’ll learn how mindfulness can help you recognize, soften, and respond more skillfully to that critical inner dialogue.
Through guided mindfulness practices, reflection, and practical tools, you’ll explore how to:
Notice the patterns of self-criticism without getting stuck in them
Cultivate self-compassion and resilience in the face of challenges
