A two hour workshop customized for teens and adults to help them develop healthier habits with technology that they will carry with them into adulthood.
THRIVING THROUGH THE HOLIDAYS
A two hour workshop offering ways to handle holiday challenges and maximize the possibility for celebration.
CARAVAN TO MAGNOLIA GROVE
Magnolia Grove is a beautiful monastery in Oxford, MS that practices the teachings established by Thich Nhat Hanh in Plum Village. Twice a year we will coordinate a caravan event to visit and practice together in this welcoming space.

One to two hour workshop offered both in person or virtually on different simple tools that can be used in the classroom to teach your students social emotional skills through mindfulness tools.
