FOUR WEEK GRATITUDE COURSE

A once a week for four weeks course aimed at team building through the practice of gratitude.  

MINDFUL COMMUNICATION

A half day or full day workshop in person on improving both oral and written communication as well as group dynamics and working effectively in teams.

MANAGING STRESS AND BURNOUT

A two to four hour workshop offered in person or virtually on tools and techniques for managing stress day to day as well as development of long term habits for preventing burnout.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT HOURS FOR EDUCATORS

STRESS AND BURNOUT PREVENTION FOR EDUCATORS

One to two hour workshops offered both in person or virtually tailored specifically for teachers, school counselors, and others supporting students . Certificates available at the end of workshop for PD credit.

MINDFULNESS AND SEL IN THE CLASSROOM

One to two hour workshop offered both in person or virtually on different simple tools that can be used in the classroom to teach your students social emotional skills through mindfulness tools.

FUTURE OFFERINGS

INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS

A once a week for five week course offered online that will teach the basics of mindfulness and how to establish a personal practice.

MINDFUL USE OF TECHNOLOGY FOR TEENS

A two hour workshop customized for teenagers to help them develop healthier habits with technology that they will carry with them into adulthood.

REBALANCING YOUR LIFE

A half or full day workshop to help you take a deep dive into your current season of life and examine what nourishes you to bring you joy in the present moment as well as to carry forward into your next chapter!

CARAVAN TO MAGNOLIA GROVE

Magnolia Grove is a beautiful monastery in Oxford, MS that practices the teachings established by Thich Nhat Hanh in Plum Village. Twice a year we will coordinate a caravan event to visit and practice together in this welcoming space.
