About the Event
Do you need to start taking better care of yourself but don’t know where to begin? Did you know that you already possess most of the resources required to make a meaningful change in your health, wellness and everyday mindset?
Mindfulness is a technique for awakening and tapping into those resources. It has been practiced for thousands of years and is just as relevant today as a pathway to mobilizing your inner capacity to cope, nurture and restore, allowing you to learn, grow and heal.
Join seasoned meditation practitioner and mindfulness teacher Michael Burnham for a two-hour, in-person interactive workshop offering practical mindfulness techniques and exercises that you can immediately incorporate into your daily life and work routines to reduce stress, awaken your mind and calm your spirit.
