The Sunday Morning group meets at 9:00 in the morning each Sunday at the Eastern Sun Yoga Studio, except on very rare occasions when the studio conducts yoga workshops.
A typical Sunday Morning comprises a 40 minute sitting practice followed by walking meditation and a few minutes of discussion. Two exercises; walking and sitting, with attention. The discussion with others, following meditation, can sometimes be helpful when the attention begins to be directed within. If coming for the first time, check the schedule at Eastern Sun. Blankets, bolsters and chairs are available for sitting or bring your own.
